For These 16 Students, It's History, They're Advancing to State Competition

State competition scheduled for May 4.

Parkview Center School 7th and 8th graders had a record performance at the regional competition for National History Day in Minnesota, with an amazing 16 students proceeding to the state competition.

National History Day is an inter-disciplinary research project for students in grades 6-12 and the largest academic competition in Minnesota, with over 30,000 kids competing. This year, students completed a project around this year’s theme: β€œTurning Points in History: People, Ideas, Events.”
