Buoyed by this winter's lack of snowfall and the arrival of summer-like weather this week, the Roseville Cedarholm Golf Course will be opening for play on Friday.
"It's the earliest opening in a number of years" for the city-owned golf course, said Lonnie Brokke, Roseville parks and recreation director.Â

The municipal golf course, 2323 North Hamline Av., offers daily public tee time and league play throughout the season. The city said the clubhouse offers concessions and rental space for meetings, reunions, parties and other special events.
