Registration Tonight for Roseville Moms On The Run

Vickie Seim, the franchise owner of the new Roseville Moms on The Run, will hold a meet and greet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight (Wednesday)  at J. Arthur's Coffee shop, 2441 Rice St., Roseville.

Seim will hold a second meet and greet from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday (April 21) also at J. Arthur's Coffee Shop.  She is taking registrations at both meet and greet sessions  for her new classes, which start the week of April 24.

Seim's coached classes are available for women who want to learn to run, recreational runners and competitive runners. Run your first 5k, improve your speed and endurance, or stay motivated in your walking routine! This group is for all ages and all fitness levels!
