Return of Retailer to Roseville in The Signs

The retailer of gourmet food, home decor and furniture is slated to open on Sept. 13, returning to the exact location it shuttered in 2009.

More signs that Cost Plus Work Market is returning to the exact same Roseville location that it shuttered three years ago: A big new sign on the facade of its leased building space.

The 20,000 square foot space at 2401 Fairview Ave. N., once vacant, is now beginning to take shape. Interior remodeling continues while a project manager on Tuesday held a team meeting for some of the store's new employees.

So far, Cost Plus Work Market has hired about 40 employees for its Roseville store, whlich is slated to reopen on Sept. 13, a company spokeswoman said. She said the company also has hired a similar number of workers for its Bloomington location.
