Robbery, Disorderly Conduct, Theft-Roseville Police Blotter Week of March 21,2013

During the past week, Roseville police made a variety calls in response to alleged criminal activity with the blotter including a robbery, thefts and criminal damage to property.

The police also made several calls regarding alleged disorderly conduct. Minnesota state law defines disorderly conduct as brawling or fighting and activity that disturbs other people. Disorderly conduct can also occur when someone engages in offensive, obscene, abusive or boiserous behavior.
