Rosetown Playhouse Fundraiser Coming This Sunday

Put down that phone and head to “Off the Hook,” a Rosetown Playhouse fundraiser and variety show featuring outstanding Rosetown singers, dancers, comedy and unpredictable twists. There will be a silent auction featuring great artwork, products and services, and food and drink from the full Hell’s Kitchen menu will be available throughout the evening.

“Off the Hook” is scheduled for Sunday, April 7, from 5-8 p.m. at Hell’s Kitchen, 80 S. Ninth St. in Minneapolis. Advance ticket purchases are advised for this event that’s expected to sell out. Tickets are $15 per person with a maximum of $45 per family and are available at www.RosetownPlayhouse.org.

“We’re staging a mock telethon for our annual fundraiser, and the talent we’ve got lined up is incredible,” said Rosetown Playhouse President Lisa Dahlberg. “We’ve got tremendous vocalists and dancers of all ages and great comedy that’s a Rosetown trademark. The silent auction items are amazing, and we’ve got some surprises planned as well. Everyone’s invited to enjoy some great entertainment while supporting local community theater.”

Rosetown to Stage ‘Annie’ This Summer

The major summer production from Rosetown Playhouse will be the popular hit “Annie.” Auditions are May 21-22 at the RAMS Theater (15 County Road B2 E., Little Canada, MN 55117). “Annie” will run July 11-3 and 18-20 at the Lake Como Pavilion.
