Roseville Moving Towards Facelift with Park Playgrounds

At its meeting tonight, the City Council is expected to consider hiring a vendor to implement $1.6 million in playground replacements.

The Roseville City Council is expected tonight (Monday) to consider hiring a vendor to oversee $1.6 million in playground replacement work as part of the city's overall parks and recreation renewal and improvement program.

From among seven proposals, a city administrative evaluation team is recommending the Council hire Landscape Structures/FlagshipRecreation as the city's vendor to undertake the playground work.

Last September, the Council  approved selling $17 million in bonds for the construction of a new fire station and a series of park maintenance and improvement projects.
