Roseville Father Sentenced in Child Beating

A Ramsey County District judge has sentenced a 33-year-old Roseville father to one year probation after the man recently pleaded guilty to malicious punishment for striking his child for switching the family's TV channel, the Pioneer Press is reporting. 

Judge George Stephenson on Thursday handed down the sentencing for Stanley Chukwidi Ogbonna, the newspaper said.
