Roseville Fire Department Quickly Contains Small House Fire

Roseville firefighters quickly contained a house fire this afternoon (Thursday) in the 2000 block of Geisman Street.

There was a small living room fire that firefighters extinguished, with no injuries or any major house damage, Roseville Fire Chief Tim O'Neill said in an interview on the scene with Patch.

Firefighters arrived on the scene less than four minutes of the Fire Department getting the 911 call, O'Neill said. The cause of the fire was not immediately known and was under investigation by the city fire marshal, he said.
