According to the criminal complaint, West St. Paul police were called to an apartment complex Oct. 15 after someone reported a fight in progress and “a lot of yelling” coming from a third-floor apartment.
The victim met police on the building’s third-floor landing and told them that Little had hit her and bitten her. Police noted an “obvious bite mark” on the woman’s left arm.

The victim told police that she was in her apartment with Little, another brother and Little’s pregnant girlfriend. She said that Little and her other brother were drinking, and Little became belligerent and began yelling at his girlfriend.
The victim said that when Little began to hit his girlfriend, she stepped in and tried to keep him from hurting her. While she was trying to hold him back, Little punched her in the back and bit her on the forearm, according to the complaint.
The victim let go of Little and called police, at which point Little fled, she said.
Police were alerted that Little was on his way home to Roseville, and he was arrested after a “short foot chase” with officers.
Little initially wouldn’t talk about the incident, but later told police that his sister “should know better than to call the police on him,” according to the complaint. He also told police that he wasn’t “going to jail for murder, so when he gets out there will be consequences.”
Little’s criminal history includes convictions for domestic assault in February 2006, September 2008 and two in March 2010. He was also convicted of violating domestic abuse no-contact orders twice in April 2009.
