Roseville Rewind: A Motorcycle Accident, Four Businesses Fined and Homes Prices Up

Roseville Police reported Friday that a 53-year old North St. Paul motorcyclist was  in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Centerafter he struck another motor vehicle at the intersection of County Road C and Prior Avenue in Roseville at about 5:39 p.m. Thursday (June 14).
