A new restaurant and bar made its debut this past week right near Roseville's McCarron's neighborhood with a name reflecting that fact.

McCarron's Pub & Grill opened its doors on Rice Street, right across the Rosevlle border in neighboring Maplewood. The eatery and drinking establishment is taking the space that once was home to Dean's Tavern.
