State Rep. Alice Hausman Comments on Start of Legislative Session
DFL legislator sees job creation as a top priority.
State Rep. Alice Hausman, DFL-St. Paul, issued the follow update on the start of the 2013 Legislative session.
Hauman represents House District 66A, which includes most of Roseville that is south of County Road C and west of Snelling Avenue.

"The 2013 Legislative session is well underway. As a member of the new majority in the House of Representatives, we will focus on fixing Minnesota’s budget responsibly without gimmicks and create long-term stability for our state.
A main priority is job creation and as chair of the Capital Investment Committee, I am committed to creating a robust bill to put Minnesotans to work. It will also stretch taxpayer dollars by taking advantage of historically low interest rates.
