They're National Merit Finalists!

Editor's note: The following news announcement is from the Roseville District 623 public relations office:

Seven Roseville Area High School seniors are National Merit Finalists.  

They are: Katherine Allen, Zachary Calkins, Logan Daniels, Jingyang Dong, Benjamin Rhee, Sammy Shaker, and William Thomas.

Named finalists by National Merit Scholarship Corporation, the RAHS honorees are among 16,000 students from an original applicant pool of about 1.5 million college-bound, high school students from across the country to be named National Merit Semifinalists.  

The National Merit Finalists represent less than 1 percent of the nation’s high school graduating seniors.
