Vision For Vacancy: What Should Replace Coffee Shop?

 voted earlier this year in a Patch contest shuttered its doors this past fall, the result of owner Sue Solem deciding to retire.

That means there is a vacant space in the little strip center, which is about a block north of City Hall off of Lexington Avenue and whose tenants include a gas station and the Roseville License Center.
