What Sold for $143,310 in Roseville?

Homes sales continue to climb in the Twin Cities, with the median sales price up for the 13th consecutive month.

In March, Roseville had a median sales price of $176,250, up 5.5 percent from $167,000 for the same sales period a year ago, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
