Woman Sentenced in Roseville Home Invasion

A Ramsey County district judge has sentenced a 21-year-old St. Paul woman to three years and five months in prison after she pleaded guilty Friday to assisting a home invasion in Roseville last December, the St. Paul Pioneer Press is reporting.

The sentence for Renesha Irma Motten came after she pleaded guilty in June to aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery in connection with the home invasion of the Legacy Endeavors Group Home, the newspaper said.

Roseville police Lt. Lorne Rosand said that on Dec. 29, 2011 a woman was arrested who police believed to have accompanied the three assailants to a convenience store to withdraw cash with a stolen ATM card. Rosand identified the woman as Renesha Irma Princella Motten, of St. Paul.
