Acting Up: Shakopee Students Honored at State Thespian Conference

Four students earned the mark of "superior" at the annual conference, which addressed the topic of bullying.

 

Four Shakopee students will be Nebraska-bound this summer after receiving "superior ratings" at the 2013 Minnesota State Thespian Conference.

The conference occurred in late February at the Guthrie Theater. Among the top performers were:
Beverly Etta, 10th grade - solo musical
Corrine Nugent, 11th grade - solo musical
Meagan Spott, 12th grade - acting
Caleb Richards, 12th grade - solo musical

the nationals in Lincoln, NE.
