Audio-Visual Company Signs Lease on 100,000-Square-Foot Shakopee Distribution Center

Milestone AV Technologies, an Eden Prairie-based audio-visual company, has signed a lease for a new 106,000-square-foot distribution center at at 804 Valley Park Dr. in Shakopee.

In September, Milestone will move from Roseville to Shakopee's Valley Green Industrial Center in the space currently occupied by SanMar, a clothing distributor, according to a press release from the broker.

Milestone sells stereo stands, TV wall mounts and other similar products.

The 130,000-square-foot Milestone distribution center in Roseville  had lower ceilings and was less efficient than the Shakopee space, according to the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.
