Calling All Actors: Auditions to Open for 'The Incompatibles'

Prove it this Sunday. On June 9, Dances on High Theatre will hold auditions for its newest production, "The Incompatibles." The piece—directed by Dmitri Gerasimenko—is based on one-act comedies by Ferenc Molnar, Horace Holley, Colin Campbell Clements, Arnold Bennett and Percival Wilde.

The company is looking for four female actors, between ages 20 and 50, and one male, aged 20 to 30.

No appointments are necessary. Auditions will be first-come, first-serve, beginning at 4:45 p.m. in the Shakopee Public Library's first floor conference room. Callbacks will take place that same day, from 8 to 9 p.m.  

Rehearsal will begin on July 2.

River Valley Theatre Company is co-sponsoring the production, which will go up on Aug. 17 at Shakopee Senior High.
