Canterbury Park Adds Thursday, Aug. 30 To Racing Schedule

officials have announced the addition of Thursday, Aug. 30 to the live racing schedule following approval granted by the Minnesota Racing Commission at its monthly meeting.

A day of racing was lost earlier this summer when Canterbury officials cancelled the July 4 program due to excessive heat.

With the addition of Aug. 30, the total number of live racing days will be 62, the number originally scheduled when the meet was announced. Post time for the additional day will be 7 p.m. 

Canterbury Park’s live racing season concludes Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 3.
