The City of Shakopee Public Works Department is responsible for boulevard trees throughout the city and is working diligently Friday to clear debris caused by city-maintained vegetation.

The city is not responsible for picking up yard waste from boulevards if it is placed there by the property owner. Property owners are responsible for maintaining and disposing of any yard waste on their own property.
