Specialty Grocery/Convenience Store - $75000 (Downtown Shakopee )
Well known EUROPA PLUS store with large customer base and wide variety of fresh, packaged and imported specialty foods including meat, seafood, produce, bakery, dairy, non-prescription drugstore, convenience incidentals and a host of other essentials is FOR SALE as a standalone unit. LOTSA EXTRAS! Both current inventory and all fixtures are for sale as one unit. Open 7-days per week, this store is highly regarded as having the best selection of East European, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish specialty grocery foods in the Twin Cities market, and this store is known for its UNIQUE wide variety and friendly service. But the owners --who are from Russia-- are interested in retiring and would prefer to sell both the current inventory and the store location which would include all existing FIRST CLASS fixtures, along with the business name and the good will and solid reputation that has been built up over the past six years. If they cannot agree on a price or find a buyer for their business, they will then RELUCTANTLY sell the inventory separately ($20,000) and then sell the business and fixtures ($55,000) to someone who wants to run a grocery or C-store regardless of the type of merchandise to be carried.
