The City of Shakopee is holding a reception honoring outgoing Mayor John Schmitt and Councilor Patrick Heitzman for their service on the City Council.
The event, which is open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at City Hall (129 Holmes St. S).
Cookies, coffee and punch will be served.Â
