Huber Park Performance Series Brings Outdoor Music, Movies to Shakopee
From DJ Teen night to Bluegrass, there's plenty of performances left before the series ends on August 29.
Huber Park Performance Series in Shakopee offers a variety of musical styles, so you can listen to something new or choose a performance you know you'll enjoy.
Most of the events are free and generally occur on Thursdays at 7 p.m. A special Derby Days schedule will consist of music and activities on varying dates. Derby Days is July 31 through August 4.
Madagascar 3 will play in the park at sunset on July 31. Another Movie in the Park event is scheduled for August 24. The city will announce the movie title two weeks before the showing.
Thursday's upcoming performance will feature the Czech Concertina Players. Call the weather hotline for information on weather-related changes to the schedule: 952-233-9502. Huber Park is located at 150 Fillmore Street in Shakopee.
