Thursday is Kid's Day at the Scott County Fair. Activities include a magic performance, an alpaca demonstration, a straw dive and raptor center presentation.

The Shakopee Farmers Market offers produce and more at the American Legion, 1266 1st Avenue East. The market occurs on Thursdays and opens at 11 a.m. and ends at around 6 p.m.
Loosely Wound is the featured group at Thursday's Huber Park Performance Series. The free concert starts at 7 p.m. at Huber Park, 150 Fillmore Street.
