Minnesota Renaissance Festival Heads to the State Fair

The Renaissance Festival is expanding its presence in the Twin Cities with a booth at the State Fair through Labor Day, Sept. 3.

The is expanding its presence in the Twin Cities with a booth at the State Fair through Labor Day, Sept. 3.  There, fairgoers will have the opportunity to buy tickets at an exclusive rate and can interact with lively entertainers.

The booth can be found near the Sheep Barn, at the intersection of Judson Avenue and Liggett Street. It will be easily recognizable to anyone who has attended the Renaissance Festival. Beloved entertainers such as Twig the Fairy, belly dance troupes, musicians and others will be stopping by for daily appearances. 

Discount Renaissance admission tickets will be sold at $5 off gate prices, an exclusive deal for fairgoers that stop by the booth. T-shirts, hats and bags will also be available for visitors looking to grab new styles available at the Renaissance Festival this year. Posters and other print materials for the 2012 Festival season will be available for fairgoers to pick up as well.
