Minnesota Renaissance Festival, Park Grand Opening Celebration

Calling all actors and actresses.

Auditions for River Valley Theatre Company's Blithe Spirit are Monday and Tuesday at Shakopee West Junior High School. Reservations for an audition spot are encouraged, but walk-ins will also be accepted. To sign up, visit the RVTC website. 

Audition times:

• Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Callbacks will occur after Tuesday's auditions, if needed.

Have fun in the outdoors.

Play some games and enjoy some snacks at the grand opening of Green Meadows Park on Tuesday. The event includes a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Brad Tabke. The celebration runs from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
