More Hazardous Weather On The Way To Shakopee

Shakopee will see some rain and snow this weekend. It will be sloppy, but nothing like last weekend.

The National Weather Service said the city will get rain most of Saturday, with high temperatures in the upper-30s and low temperatures around 27 degrees.

Cities north and west of the Minneapolis/Twin Cities metro area will see freezing rain.

A rain and snow mix is predicted after 5 p.m. in Shakopee, with more snow possible Saturday night into Sunday. New snow accumulation is expected to be less than one inch. The high temperature is forecast to be 29 Sunday, with a low temperature of 15 degrees.

MORE ACCUMULATING SNOW IS LOOKING POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY OF NEXT WEEK AS ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE MIDWEST. TEMPERATURES WITH THIS SYSTEM LOOK TO BE COOLER...WITH PRECIPITATION FALLING AS SNOW.
