UPDATE: One Reported Dead, Three Injured in Accident on Highway 13

The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of the woman killed in yesterday's crash at the intersection of Highway 13 and Dakota Avenue.

A broadside crash on the west side of Savage has left one person dead.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after the tow truck made a left turn off of westbound Highway 13 onto Dakota Avenue South. The left turn lane at that intersection is regulated by a yield sign. The tow truck was hit broadside by a 2010 Kia Soul, which was traveling east on Highway 13.
