Shakopee Derby Days

The Summer Carnival games go from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Lions Park.

Antique dealers, artists and other vendors will be at the Market Fair at Huber Park from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to  8 p.m. on Saturday. 

Also on Friday is cash bingo from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and the beer garden from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.

A live performance by Tone Control. The cover charge is $5.

Saturday

Shakopee Derby Days

Participate in the 5K Turf Run at Canterbury Park or  at 3:45 p.m. watch the Wild Rose Cloggers in Huber Park. 

The Scott County Historical Society is sponsoring an Amazing Shakopee History Race, a scavenger hunt that integrates Shakopee historical facts. Registration is open until 9:59 a.m. on Saturday, and the race starts at 10 a.m.

Canterbury Park

The Mystic Lake Derby is the featured event at the park. Admission is $5 and free for youth 17 years and younger.

Booster Club at Minnesota Valley Gymnastics

The Minnesota Valley Gymnastics team is washing cars from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 8103 West 126th Street in Savage.

Arizonas Lounge

A live performance by Union Junction. The cover charge is $5.

Sunday

Shakopee Derby Days

The Shakopee Derby Days Parade starts at 1:30 p.m. and will follow a route along 10th Avenue from Adams Street to Spencer Street. Thousands are expected to attend. Find more details on the Shakopee Patch event calendar.

Enjoy half price admission at SandVenture Aquatic Park from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Raceway Park

"Pack The Stands" for a record crowd at Raceway Park on Sunday. Raceway Park is in its last season. The day's schedule includes Nascar Event racing and school bus rides for children.

Arizonas Lounge

A live performance by Shaun Mitzel Band. There is no cover charge.
