The five-year-old Labrador Retriever/Irish Wolfhound mix has a sweet nature and a sad story: The pup has moderate to severe arthritis due to untreated hip displasia and will need pain medication on a permanent basis to keep him comfortable. Ralphie is looking for a loving family who is willing to take him in. Though he often hurts, he is a described as a "happy and loving boy." He is neutered, housetrained, up-to-date on shots, microchipped and has tested negative for heartworm.
