PHOTOS: Shakopee Holiday Festival

Shakopee kicked off the holidays with the annual  downtown near First and Lewis Street Friday, Dec. 2. The festivities included a Velodazzle Bike Parade, a Tree Lighting Ceremony, caroling, horse-drawn carriage rides and an appearance by Santa who posed for pictures with kids at . It's also the kick-off for the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce Toy Drive to benefit the Community Action Partnership of Scott, Carver and Dakota Counties (CAP Agency).
