Second Chance for Canterbury Park's Food Truck Festival
Dessert, deep fried apple pie and more will be at Canterbury Park in Shakopee on Friday.

The second date of the Canterbury Park Food Truck Festival this summer is on Friday. Racing starts at 6:30 p.m.
A variety of foods will be featured, including desserts, sandwiches and foods from Asian, Latin and African cultures.Â
The following list of participating food trucks is from Canterbury Park.Â

- Anchor Fish & Chips - Fish & Chips, Sausage & Chips
- AZ Canteen - Various favorites from Andrew Zimmern
- Brava - Iced Tea,Thai Curry Chicken
- Cora's - Chicken Wings
- Gastro Truck - Sandwiches, Sliders
- Hola Arepa - Latin Cuisine, Venezuelan Stuffed Arepas
- Minneapple Pie- Deep Fried Apple and Pumpkin Pie
- Motley Crews - Philly Cheese Steak, Burgers and other grilled favorites
- Que Viet Concessions - Wontons, Egg Rolls & other Asian dishes
- RA MacSammy's - Build Your Own Mac & Cheese
- She Royal Food Truck - East African, Mediterranean, Asian, American
- Turkey To Go - Pulled Turkey favorites
The next Food Truck Festival is Saturday, Sept. 14, which is also a free admission day.

The Scott County Association for Leadership and Efficiency (SCALE) will meet at 7:30 a.m. at Prior Lake City Hall.
Minnesota Valley Rally will be in downtown Shakopee form 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
