Shakopee Landscaping Business to Pay Back Wages to Employees
Under a federal consent decree, Hawkins Tree and Landscaping and owners Michael and Dawn Hawkins will pay $478,000 in back wages and damages to 57 laborers, drivers, crew leaders and foremen for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
