Shakopee PD Gets Social—on Facebook and Twitter
As of this week, Shakopee Police have joined in on the social media revolution.
Officer Friendly, indeed.
On May 9, the Shakopee Police launched a new Facebook page and Twitter feed. The department is hoping to build a base of fans and followers. So far, the SPD has 213 likes on Facebook and 109 people following its Twitter account, @ShakopeePD.
