Shakopee Pizza Ranch Opens Monday

Update Sunday, July 29, 11:45 a.m. Pizza Ranch Shakopee posted on Facebook Saturday that Monday is indeed their official opening day. They also said Tuesday night is kid's night, so one kid is free per paying adult.

If the opening date holds firm, one week from today, Shakopee residents will be noshing on pizza and fried chicken and milling around the "mile-long" buffet at the newest Pizza Ranch restaurant.

The official opening is Monday, July 30, according to a post on the Pizza Ranch Facebook page. "We ... look forward to serving residents and visitors alike," the post said.

Linda Bucek-Loehr posted on the Facebook page about her excitement writing, "woo-hoo, can't wait! No more driving to Lakeville!!!"

The restaurant is near  at 1266 Vierling Dr. E., next to  and .

Hours will be Monday-Thursday: 11 am-9 pm; Friday-Saturday: 11 am-10 pm; Sunday: 11 am-9 pm. Buffet hours will be Monday-Friday: 11 am-2 pm & 5 pm-8 pm, and Saturday-Sunday: All day.

They also offer carry-out, dine in, delivery, catering and a gluten-free menu. 

Founded in 1981, Pizza Ranch has 163 locations across nine states including Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Illinois and Kansas.
