The Shakopee Police Department will be giving away free child identification kits at the St. Francis Baby Fair on June 22.
The giveaway will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Shakopee High School and is co-sponsored by the Savage Police Department and Allina Crime Prevention.
