At 6, Pray for Keller

The following was posted recently on the CaringBridge page of Derrick Keller. Keller, a former St. Louis Park baseball standout, is battling back from leukemia:

There was a very strong feeling of God's presence in Derricks room tonight. Pastor Tania from our church, was kind enough to stop by and do a healing prayer for Derrick.

I really did have a strong feeling tonight that DK was being well looked after, and is going to be just fine. We had the prayer at 6:00, and one of our wonderful friends came up with an idea when she heard about it. So, every evening at 6:00 would everyone please say a prayer for DK.

So at 6:00, Where ever you are, if you're in your home, or in your car,  it's time to pray...for DK.

They had to take a little fluid from his lung today for cultures, and that disrupted Derrick some. His body reacted a little, his blood pressure went down, and they needed to up his oxygen a little. He is starting to recover now.

I have to remember that lungs take a long time to heal. I know you will get through this DK, and we will all help by praying for you..........
