Benilde's Oftedahl is State Wrestling Champion
Three other Red Knights medaled Saturday in the last day of individual competition.

Benilde St. Margaret's senior Jarred Oftedahl won a state championship Saturday night, and he handed two elite wrestlers their only losses of the season to earn his title.
Oftedahl entered the tournament with just one loss on the season, but was ranked first in the state at 113 pounds. Two other wrestlers—Skyler Petry of WEM/JWP and Abbot Aho of Fergus Falls—advanced to state unbeaten and ranked second and third respectively.
The BSM senior beat Petry 1-0 to reach the finals, where he earned an 8-6 decision over Aho and the title.
