At its Tuesday, Jan. 18, meeting, the St. Louis Park City Council will discuss policy options regarding face coverings/masks for indoor places of assembly in St. Louis Park. The council will also consider a resolution moving to remote meetings of the city council and advisory boards and commissions. Both items are being discussed due to the Omicron variant surge of the COVID-19 health pandemic. Finally, a resolution declaring a climate emergency in St. Louis Park is also on the agenda, among other items of business.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, following a 6:20 p.m. economic development authority (EDA) meeting. View the agenda and reports. The meeting is on Tuesday due to city facilities being closed Monday, Jan. 17, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
