will be presented by the school's choirs. The muscial is based on a story by Meredith Willson and Franklin Lacey in which con man Harold Hill poses as a boys' band organizer and leader, and sells band instruments and uniforms to naive townsfolk before skipping town with the cash.
After leaving town, Harold meets librarian and piano teacher Marian Paroo. She sees through him at first, but after he helps her younger brother become more comfortable in public with a lisp, Marian begins to fall for Harold. As Harold begins to fall in love himself, he risks being caught to win her over.
