The study session will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include discussion on the latest happenings with the area light rail project. No action will be taken during the study session, but the public is welcome to attend. The regular council meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m. and will include a number of action items, including setting 2012 city fees. The public is welcome to attend this as well.
