This annual Minneapolis event features a number of cross-country skiing races, as well as a snow sculpture contest, and plenty of good food and brews (featuring locally made Surly Beer). Runs Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
