A number of lesser-known drugs of abuse, such as synthetic marijuana, will be discussed. Presenter Jay Jaffee, a drug abuse prevention coordinator with the Minnesota Department of Health, will talk about the effects of these drugs, as well as approaches to addressing abuse. The event is free and open to the public.
