"The Fantasticks," a poetic musical by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt, is the tale of two young neighbors who fall in love despite (or so they think) the garden wall their feuding fathers have raised. The fathers soon admit to the audience that they have, in fact, built the wall in an attempt to draw the rebellious youth together.
Evening performances are April 29 and 30 at 7:30 p.m. The May 1 matinee begins at 2:30 p.m. All performances will be held in the high school auditorium, located along the West 33rd St. entrance. General admission tickets available at the door.
