Heat Wave Coming to the Twin Cities

Temperatures are expected to be in the 90s through next week.

Get ready to crank up the AC and load up on bottled water.

The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for the Twin Cities from Sunday through Wednesday. However, Saturday is expected to be hot, too, with a high near 92 and heat index values as high as 105.

The end of the heat warning isn't expected to bring much relief, either. Thursday and Friday temperatures are expected to be hovering around 90.
