TowerLight on Wooddale Avenue, located at the corner of Wooddale Avenue and West 36th Street, will feature 113 units, consisting of: <ul> <li>32 memory care units</li> <li>6 care suites with service-intensive offerings</li> <li>75 independent-living units</li> </ul> Construction is being overseen by <a href="http://www.grecollc.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Greco Real Estate Development</a> and <a href="http://www.engelsmaconstruction.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Engelsma Construction</a>. The project is part of a of the Wooddale and 36th area, which is slated to be a transit hub with the to the area by 2018.
