A city of St. Louis Park alert went out at 3:44 p.m. Saturday. The alert said: <blockquote> Snow is forecast. Reminder: St. Louis Park bans parking as soon as snowfall reaches 3" or more. Please park your vehicles off street tonight. </blockquote> The city is under a winter storm warning through midnight Sunday. If you park on the street once a ban is in place you could pay a parking ticket that is a minimum of $30, and you could pay for towing and storage.
