Park Baseball Keeps Rolling in Conference

The Orioles won Thursday lead the North Suburban at 7-2.

The baseball team is sitting atop the North Suburban Conference following a 4-1 road win over Irondale on Thursday.

The Orioles are 7-2 in the NSC (8-2 overall), putting them a half-game ahead of and Totino-Grace—both teams the Orioles have beaten this season.

In Thursday's win, a three-run fifth inning was more than enough for junior pitcher Ryan Froom, who went a full seven innings, scattering six hits and striking out four while giving up one earned run.

Sophomore Jake Lukasavage led the offense, going 3-3 with a run and a RBI. Parker Stennes, Zach Lewis and Cole Hoyt collected the other RBIs.

Park plays Cooper today, then gets Minneapolis South, BSM and Prior Lake next week.
